Yoga-Atsu TM is a method and technique created and developed by Stella Cheung of YogaGals. It is a hands on approach to holistically healing physical pain and discomfort through restorative yoga postures, pressure point techniques, visionary cranio-sacral, and gentle adjustments. Its effectiveness is applicable for yoga teachers, massage therapists, and any practitioner in the holistic fields. It's also applicable and easy enough for partners to learn and do for each other in the comfort of their own home.
